Hey, Golden Sunshyne … if that is your real name …
I see you’re not actually reading a comic here, but I know it can be hard to choose when you’ve got a big ol’ mess of books in front of you. Why not take that Man or Astro-man? album down from the wall, relax with some tunes …
AND CLEAN YOUR ROOM.
Unless that’s an issue of Identity Crisis you’re stepping on. Then carry on.

Sometimes there are interesting trends among the submissions I receive. (Ya know, besides cute chicks reading Watchmen. I get it. You LOVE Watchmen.)
Holly wrote to say how much she was enjoying Horrible Little People. The very next day, Matt noted, “It’s a great read, especially when naked.”
I’m going to assume Matt was, quite literally, a hot nerd.

Nothing is going to distract this guy from reading Kramers Ergot #7. Nothing.

I’ve been busy and neglecting you, I know. I’m so sorry! Please accept my apology in the form of a pretty lady with an awesome comic.
(Thanks for the assist here, Jenny!)

Christine here isn’t actually going to read her copy of Scott Pilgrim until you go see the movie. So please, please, go out and see Scott Pilgrim vs. the World today.
Do it for Christine.
*sad puppy eyes*

Guillaume wrote: “Here in Switzerland, girls like Lucille love to read Nextwave.”
And as an uncultured American, my first thought was, “Yeah, that’s pretty much what I figured all girls in Switzerland look like.”
Or, ya know, this.

I would like to personally thank Laura for maintaining proper storage of her comics. She bags and boards her books and keeps them in a longbox, not scattered on a bed that she will then roll all over.
However, don’t let that discourage you from covering your naked body with your favorite funnybooks and sending me photos. What good is Near Mint anyway when you can be Very Fine?

Dark fantasy author Caitlin Kittredge is well-known for writing about werewolves in her Nocturne City book series. But at the San Diego Comic-Con, she took a break from her work to read about a very different … and much less hairy … type of magic in Phonogram.
Also magical is how Phonogram artist Jamie McKelvie managed to constantly evade my camera. I suggest you all write to him and demand he submit a photo to the site. I bet he’d love that.

Kelly has spent the last six years working at Comics Archives in Michigan, where she gets to spend her days reading comics, like the excellent Creepy #2 pictured here.
She writes: “This might not be the best picture, but it shows what I do best.”
